the only thing doing well in the minigames does is open up scouting reports about the players to help you determine the range of some of their attributes. I.E. If they say in the scouting report he has durability issues, you can count on his INJ rating being below 80, and thus an injury liablity. Or if they say about a LB that he's got sideline to sideline speed, you can count on him having 80+ speed.
