Can't say that I run one style exclusively.
If my blitz rattles my opponent, I'll blitz
a lot. If I can get away with soft zone, I'll
run that. One thing I never do is play cover
zero though. I guess I'm always changing.

I mix it up between man/zone blitzes and every once in awhile I'll throw in the f@g D!

lots of bend-dont-break. I mix up the zone/man. Should probably blitz more. Most of it depends on my opponants tendancies, and what team they are.

Same here, I just can't never run a Cover0, I'm not comfortable with it. However, in some instances I do, by creating it on the fly from like a Cover1 by blitzing a LB at the last second and manning up that safety in deep zone or I don't never show it by leaving my safeties back deep showing a Cover2 Deep look so I either freeze the D or don't coverage audible shift.

Anyways, I usually play more of a blitz heavy D out of zone rushing atleast 5 total at the QB. I prefer to do so because it forces the quick pass and alls you have to do is just react quickly and try to make a play. With my zone blitzes what I usually like to do first is start off by having flat coverage to each side whether it be with DE/LBs or Safeties/CBs (mix it up), then if the flats ain't a threat or if it's 3rd n long or so, I usually change my coverage to purple or hook zones. So usually if the flats ain't a threat because the backs are blocking, you then have to just key on the WR(s)/TE(s) and purple/hook zones can help with that because usually it will be a slant, corner route or just a route that attacks the middle of the field. Main thing I try to do with zone blitzes is force my opponent to beat ME over the middle where I can make a play with either a safety or LB, my attempt is to contain them and box them inside. Though I do also like to run some more vanilla 3 or 4 Man rushes out of the 3-4,3-3-5,2-4-5,3-2-6 & Quarter at times with man under coverage, it usually bails me out if the zones ain't working good.

Bend but dont Break defense. I'll have my safetys back 97% of the time, and occasionally blitz a LB/DB, etc... I'd much rather have my opponent score with a 8-10+ play drive where he attacks me under neath and there is a greater chance of a mistake then just lob it up and get 6 with one play.

I'll manually roam around with my safetys and make things happen, come down close enough that i'll be able to make a play vs the run but will still be able to stop the deep pass.

I am on the 360 and I KNIDA run cover 0's alot.

I will usually find the most useless guy on the blitz and manually go into zone coverage with him.

If I am facing some deep threats and find myself being able to score almost at will, I will play "don't break" D. But as people say, I will play defense based on what my opponent can and can't cope with.
