DB Swat drills & QB Passing Drill & Rushing Attack.

Also, I go into practice mode and practive trowing and catching each route when I feel my stick needs some improving.

The drills are definitely good for getting your stick up. Other than that, practice makes perfect, just try to make more manual plays online and you will get better and better at it. My suggestion for making those plays is to stay calm, don't over-think, and don't try to do too much. If you mess up on a play just get back to the line and try again, no sense in getting worked up about it or stop trying to manually make plays. And above all: READ AND REACT, don't try to guess.

All I did to get my stick up real good was just user every single thing online. So what if you screw up and throw a pick it dont matter its just online. user your quick passes,flats,lobs,...on defense click on and control those corners on quick passes, plays to the flats, and everything else. Its no magic secret you can do to get stick up, you just got to keep working on it ONLINE. Offline is too easy cause the CPU is 99 soft but online your playing someone who can think so do it online.

    stick

This is what has helped me. db swat, wr catch, rushing attack, and chase and tackle. Also run some cpu games try to user everything, try to strip everything. I mean if you run a streak and he's wide open still user it. Every time the cpu throws a pass you have 3 options user pick, super swat, or hit stick.

Just go online , get a game going and try to practice catching passes yourself, thats the best way. Its that simple, it takes time though.

manually catch everything in game. Before long you'll figure out what angles work the best when positioning your man to catch it.
