Lightbulb Goal Line offense all game.

Anyone has a strategy against Goal Line offense all Game? Has to be some kind of strategy against this. I know some people are reluctant to give there secrets away because they run goal line all game, but I would think being a member of VG for five years someone would sow me some love. Show me some love VG......

I purchase the film room every year.

I never had a problem that wasn't covered in the film room. So, I never had to post a question before. What about you? Is all you do is post, do you purchase any of VG products?

You are getting no answers because there are few to be had. GL is difficult to stop unless you have fantastic stick skills, and a great defensive team (and you jump the snap).

Here are the only things I have found to work.

    - DO NOT match GL with GL unless you are on the goalline. If they break through, it's a TD because your safeties have no depth.
    - shift your linebackers to the strong side of the formation and crash your linemen inside. You may also want to shift your linemen towards where you think the run is going.
    - Use A+right to shift your d backs out. This will help protect you from really long runs because the blockers have a harder time engaging your d backs the further they are from them. Obviously, do not go bump and run.
    - jump the snap. It's cheating, but then so is running goalline all game. It's a cheap tactic which exploits a hole in the AI.

Most of the guys who say they can stop GL no problem play the teams with the best defenses. Funny how that works. I struggle against GL cheesers defensively because I run the Pats defense with the Cowboys. 3-4 is really weak versus the run and running the nickle isn't going to help because even if I get 4 down lineman, the personnel just isn't very good. That being said, I usually only need a stop or two because these guys usually can't stop me defensively.

    Hope this helps.

I posted this on the same question/topic posted previously. Hope it helps...

The better defensive teams will have more success against the run. I always play with the San Diego Chargers which are pretty good defensively. Last night I had a guy running goaline pretty much all game long when he discovered he couldn't do anything else.... I found a play that consistently stopped goalline . I believe it's called RZ stop...... It's in goalline.... Only problem I discovered with this is when he would play action pass you have to pick the strong safety all the time to protect against the pass. You have to stay back until you know what the play is. Also pass, and run commit helps defending any play.... Hope that helps.

there are definitely plays to stop goal line. I have played many guys who ran it on me so i ran it back but they stopped it. I need mainly to stop Off tackle and FB dive. It drives me crazy!

That play takes too long to set up, and most GL cheesers will quick snap you.

How do you crash your linemen inside?
