Trade help...

I started my first franchise with some buddies and the commish auto drafted our team and I ended up with a **** team..... I put in some trades against the computer but nothing happened... just says pending, how does this work Shaun Hill needs to go! What's my best way to trade or improve my team? Thanks

I think ur commish has to approve the trade b4 it goes through.
