Virtual playbook error message!!!!!!

I have downloaded the virtual playbook but i am getting an error message everytime i try to open it up. It says....(This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.) I have re-installed it several times but it does not help. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS ASAP! I want what i paid for.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? If so, did you figure out how to fix it?

so i'm french madden player , i love this game
but i try to increase my level in this game.

is it cool to buy this season pass ?

it's a bad question but i try to have comment to know if this pass is very good ... i read a lot of comment about this but i want to increase my defense

There was nothing they could do I had to get a refund.

I need to get a refund as well. Nobody has responded to my request for help. How did you go about getting one?

I went through Prima games to get my refund. Here is there customer support number 1-800-733-3000. It took about two days to be refunded. Any more questions don't hesitate to ask.

Prima technial support is in the process of still trying figure out why my guide won't work. Been going back and forth with email with them for about 2 weeks now. I'm starting to lose faith that it's going to work. I've brought this guide for a good amount of years now and this is the first year it doesn't seem like VGSports cares if it work for us or not. It's almost like they aren't making any money off of it to care?!?
