Defending the deep pass to Moss!!??

my friend uses the patriots. He is a pretty good baller. He can read when its zone and know which one of his routes will beat that zone and when. This usually isn't a problem, the problem comes in with the deep pass to moss. He is not glitching or anything, but everytime I'm in Cover 2, Cover 3 or Man coverage he can air it out to moss on a streak and get the ball 90% of the time. Even if I spotlight and play Cover 2 Man, Moss outruns my safety and Corner, The only thing I can do is play Cover 4, which stops it, but then that opens all the middle of the field for him to nickle and dime me to death.

cliffnotes: what type of plays do you guys call, and what kind of defensive playmakers do you guys do to help stop the deep pass (other then spotlight) to help counter the deep pass?
