D_Neum and DJ _ Small League?
For those of you who did or did not get to play in the R4THL, I must say it was fun. Waht is the chance that we can get a small, maybe 16 team league going. Divide it up as however - Utopia brings 8 and VG brings 8? That would be 4 divisions of 4 teams. I undersatnd that the intial demand will be high, but like the R4THL found out, the demand dies. 16 teams really seems like it can be done and be successful. I would also throw in another twist and that be limit the 16 teams to unranked teams. I guess that using ranked teams would be ok, but I find taht in dealing with unranked, the skill level by the player needs to be higher and teh crowds are less of a factor. Christ I had to us ecal and their crowd was no existent and I was up by 2 TD's. As well with 16 teams it would allow you to pick what team you want and still let there be enough for the last guy to still get a team to fit his overall playing style. Not to beat a dead horse with Cal, but they were teh best team available, but I was handcuffed with the lack of a mobile QB. He had a speed of 74 but he ran like a guy who was 64!
DJ just look at your play list of guys you pl;ay on a regular basis. I am sure between you and Alum92 you could come up with 16 solid guys.Not that there aren't more, but 16 guys atht want to and will try to play and schedule games. Justa thought.

DJ..... Here is the way you do it. Major League with 16 teams. Each Owner gets 2 teams. I will show you how to do the draft. Then have a minor league with 8 owners. These guys are your alternates and use C or C+ teams.
