Stopping HB Plunge SB Big?

Hey Madden ballers. Does anyone know and defense that stops or slows down the HB Plunge from Single Back Big? Any tips would be great.

Use 4-3 or 3-4 for this.When you know its coming, just blitz all your linebackers and use run commit.Its not that hard at all.Hope this helps
