Well, well, well. Let this be a sweet reminder to everyone out there who thought the Patriots were down and out. 52 points. I repeat: 52 points. When they turn it on they turn it on. As long as Tom Terrific is in town the Patriots are Super Bowl contenders. Yes, at 2-2 I still feel confident about winning the AFC East and getting into the playoffs. Anything can happen once you're in the playoffs, and I like our chances with Tom at QB.
Yes, we may have been down 21-7, but that's why I believe this team is championship-worthy. This is a different New England Patriots team than in recent years. Our defense hasn't been able to make a big play in six years. The time has finally come when the offense is still the offense and the defense has the talent to knock our opponents' socks off. Watch out, NFL.
