This is the best cover I’ve seen and there’s been a lot of good ones . And I’m a titan fan die hard but madden out did his self this time

Maybe now that these two excellent athletes are on the cover, the create-a-player option will have more depth as far as long hair is concerned! I know that isn’t the main concern of most Madden fans….but it’d be nice, lol.

Seriously though….can the makers of Madden please realize that some people actually play Franchise mode into their 15th, 20th season? I’m tired of glitches and bugs after a few seasons, making the game virtually unplayable!

I think all madden covers in the future should be showcased like this. Maybe it will lift the Madden Curse as well. It’s nice.

dang this hella tight. nothing will revolutionalize madden like 05 tho. they rush the next series too much. they should add alot more features.

How is John Madden not on the cover!

I’ve got a call in to one of our contacts at EA regarding the PC version. I wouldn’t get your hopes up though.

No you will get no luck with EA regarding the PC version. Have you not read the many, many press releases over this last year. EA is no longer releasing there sports games on the PC in fact they have stopped making a ton of games for the PC and have no plans to in the future. Come on though what makes more sense a $1000 PC you have to constantly upgrade and update, adjust settings, buy a video card, etc. not to mention the added work on there end accounting for the different setups or the next gen gaming systems, that are approx. $300 no upgrading needed, a standard platform across the board for the programmers, and it’s basically a PC dedicated to gaming, PC really doesn’t make much sense. It’s more money for both you and EA, you are trying to use a all purpose platform for gaming instead of a dedicated gaming platform, and your not risking the stability of your PC, which is a tool not a “toy” like 360&PS3, to play a game. I just do not understand why everyone can’t just understand this and would quit complaining that they can’t buy all games for there underpowered PCs which couldn’t run them properly anyways.

  • VG_Bert says:

Got confirmation from EA Sports. As expected no PC version. I know there are some dedicated guys out there, but I would rather the dev team not have to divide their efforts too much.

  • Johnny says:

That was cool! Fitzgerald & Polamalu would be the great combination for the Madden NFL 10 cover! :) The game seems so thrilling! :)
